1. How to Register: Step-by-Step
Ready to secure your spot? For NaMEC 2026, we utilize a secure manual payment system via online bank transfer.
Important Note: Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Please note that we do not accept Letters of Undertaking (LO) or purchase orders as a form of payment guarantee.
Follow these steps to complete your registration:

Step 1: Submit Your Registration Online. Click "Registration" below, fill out the form (select Conference, Workshop, or both), and proceed to checkout. Select "Manual Payment" and click "Submit" to lock in your details.

Step 2: Check Your Inbox. Immediately after submitting, you will be redirected to a "Thank You" page and receive an automated "Order Received" email. At this stage, your seat is reserved, but your status will temporarily show as Pending/Unpaid.

Step 3: Make Your Bank Transfer. Log into your preferred online banking portal and transfer your total registration fee to our official account (details provided in Section 3 below).

Step 4: Upload Your Proof of Payment. Save your successful transaction receipt. Please upload your receipt directly to our secure portal here: [Upload Receipt: https://forms.gle/vbvvL3ptigwrodsG7]

Step 5: Official Confirmation. Once our Secretariat verifies your bank transfer, we will manually update your status to Paid. You will receive your official NaMEC 2026 confirmation and e-ticket within 7 working days.
2. Registration Fees & Packages
🚨 Important Note: Registration is strictly limited to a maximum of 400 delegates. We highly recommend booking early to secure your seat! Early Bird rates apply to registrations completed and paid by 30th August 2026.

What is included in the registration fee? Your registration fee covers:

4. Terms and Conditions
By registering for NaMEC 2026, you agree to the following terms:

Confirmation of Seat: Registration is strictly limited to a maximum of 400 delegates and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Your seat is only secured once full payment has been successfully verified by our Secretariat.

Early Bird Rates: To qualify for Early Bird pricing, both your registration form and proof of payment must be submitted on or before 30th August 2026. Submissions received after this date will automatically be subject to the Regular rate.

Government Sector Rates: Delegates registering under the Government Sector must be actively employed by a government healthcare facility or agency. Proof of affiliation may be required during registration.

Program Alterations: The NaMEC 2026 Organising Committee reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, speakers, topics, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

Data Privacy: By submitting your registration, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by the Secretariat for the purposes of conference administration, CPD point submission, and event communications.
5. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please note our official policy for NaMEC 2026:

General Policy: Fees paid are generally non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing prior to the event date by email to the organiser.

Refund Processing: Any approved refunds will be processed after the event is completed, based on the following conditions:

Full Refund: If the cancellation is made before 7 working days from the event date.

No Refund: If the cancellation is made less than 7 working days from the event date.

Refund Processing: Please note that all approved refunds will be processed and disbursed only after the conclusion of the event.

Transfers / Replacements: If you cannot attend and no refund is possible, transferring your registration to a replacement may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Participants must submit the replacement delegate's details by email to the organiser before the event date.
6. Frequently Asked Questions (Support)
Can I register using a Letter of Undertaking (LO)?
No. To ensure a streamlined registration process, NaMEC 2026 requires full payment via online bank transfer. We are unable to process registrations supported by LOs or deferred payment schemes.
What should I do if I do not receive the official confirmation email?
